We do not offer extra deliverability support as part of our regular offer. We do manage the infrastructure and make sure that our IPs are not blacklisted, but deliverability (message content, engagement, list hygiene, and so on) is still your job.

For large senders (above 2 million emails a month), we do however offer a different service, Critsend Pro, in which we take care of all aspects of the email delivery process, from sending messages to monitoring deliverability metrics and finding solutions to spam issues.
