There might be 4 reasons why your account is not working anymore:

  1. Wrong credentials
    Please make sure your username and password are correct. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions in this post to retrieve it.
  2. No more credits
    Please check that you have remaining credits on your account, by visiting the "Billing Overview" section in the "Account" tab.
  3. No activity for the past 3 months
    If you haven't sent any email with us within the last 3 months, your account might have been set as inactive. Please log a ticket  to reactivate it. We'll do it within 1 business day.
  4. Spam issues
    We have detected severe spam issues from your account and have disabled your account to prevent any deliverability issues for other users.

If none of the above is true, your account has most likely been deactivated automatically by our security system. In such cases, please follow the instructions in
this post  to ask us to review the decision.
