Spam report rate is a metric telling you how many recipients have explicitly flagged your message as spam. This metric is only provided by a few Internet Service Providers, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL. Those providers offer a Feedback Loop mechanism that enables us to provide you with this information. Gmail and some other providers, on the other hand, have decided not to give back this kind of data.
When available, your spam report rate should always be smaller than 0.1%. Above this rate, you are at risk of being flagged as spam by Internet Service Providers and our automated system might decide to shut your account down. In case of severe or repeated issues related to your spam report rate, we might decide to terminate your account.
