You can setup Expression Engine to send your emails with CritSend SMTP relay. Go to the Admin/Email configuration page and then select SMTP as the email protocol. The three settings to modify are the following ones:
SMTP Server Address: smtp.critsend.com SMTP Username: YourCritSendUsername SMTP Password: YourCritSendPassword
